Agreement between Corteva Agriscience and STI biotechnologie for the European market with a soil and rhizosphere microbiological solution.
INDIANAPOLIS, USA; Saint Etienne en Coglès, FRANCE, October 19, 2022 – Corteva Agriscience and STI Biotechnologie, an expert in microbiological technologies, today announced a multi-year agreement for the distribution of two Lactobacillus strains for plant stimulation. Under the agreement, STI Biotechnologie is providing an exclusive distribution license to Corteva for a dedicated formulation of their patented Lactobacillus Farciminis CNCM-I-3699 and Rhamnosus CNCM-I-3698 products. These act on the plant to improve rhizosphere and soil conditions. These technologies work in the field and in greenhouses, helping to improve soil health and nutrient uptake.
